Permanent Makeup Artist & Educator
Owner and Founder of The Ink Lab
I was born and raised in Buffalo, Ny. and ever since I was little, I was into all things that I could express my creativity. Whether it was drawing, nail art, interior design, you name it, I loved it! In high school I would spend my study halls and after school hanging out in the art room. My Father was a tattoo artist at the time and my senior year I started to dabble in regular body tattooing but after some time I realized it wasn’t for me. I started my journey into the world of permanent make up (PMU) in early 2017 where I began Microblading. My obsession with eyebrows, and natural love for art, I felt like Microblading was the perfect combination of two things I loved. I quickly evolved as a PMU artist, continuing to develop my skill and learn new techniques. Fast forward to now, I have serviced thousands of clients from Buffalo and the surrounding areas. I truly love what I do, making women feel more confident in their own skin brings me the greatest joy!
Early on in my career as a PMU artist, colleagues in the beauty industry started to reach out to me and ask if I would teach them my technique. I couldn’t believe people wanted to learn from me, and as much as it was a compliment, I didn’t think I was ready for that. After getting more and more of these requests, I slowly started to work on creating an in depth training program in which I could teach my students everything they needed to know to start their career, including everything that I had wished I had learned in my initial training. Over the years I have now trained well over 100 artists in my techniques. My favorite part about educating is being a mentor to my students afterwards and setting my students on the right track to blossom as their own unique artist.
When I’m not working at the studio, you can find me hanging out with my beautiful family (and doggies)! As much as I love my career, I have realized the importance of work/ life balance and how quickly time passes by when you have a child. The reason why I work so hard is to show my son what it means to have a solid work ethic and that he can achieve anything he puts his mind to!
